Healthy Aging with Vitamin and Supplements The aging progression in our bodies is an on going thing each day of our lives. Bringingthe clock to a standstill is out of the questions so we need to take care of ourselves on adaily basis. It is a known fact that as we age we need a dietary supplements and vitaminsto substitute the declining bodily chemicals and substances. Dietary supplements are sometimes needed because as we age our diets change and weeat less. Sometimes we eat more. As our skin and digestive system starts to change, so doour vitamin levels. In order to keep these levels up we may need to take a supplement tobring that level up where it belongs to keep us happy and healthy as we age. Not having the right vitamins can cause cancers and chronic diseases to develop. We allneed to understand the vitamins that we need and how they will help keep us stay healthyand safe. In all, we have two different kinds of vitamins, which one is the fat-soluble [A,D, E, K] and the second one is the water-soluble [B, C, P]. |
